Fantastic finale weekend for the Maypole.
The Bermondsey Street Festival on Saturday
followed by the Costermongers Harvest Festival
on Sunday. 
The weather was perfect and the crowds, audience
and participants were fantastic.
We're now looking forward to Andrew Logan's
Alternative Miss World at the Globe on the Southbank.
An amazing show - you've never seen anything
like it!

16th March 2018
Due to the usual date coinciding with the 
Cup Final and the Royal Wedding - Love West
Dulwich has moved to June. And, as Dulwich
Village has reinstated the Dulwich Village Fair
We will have two fantastic Dulwich Events in June
following the fabulous Dulwich Park Fair in May.

School workshop dates are filling up.
Still time to get booked in though.

28th January 2018
The new Summer season brings the 
Whole School - Whole Day Maypole
workshops. The first bookings are
in already.
Please note that due to a booking issue
at the Guild Hall the Costermongers event
in September will be earlier in the month.

1st. November 2017
We're really looking forward to our Dulwich
appearances at Love West Dulwich and
East Dulwich Christmas Cracker.

Also great to be invited back to 
Wimbledon's Winter Wonderland.

A special one for us is the Maida Vale
lights-on, which this year will include
The Jingle Bells Show from Miss Christmas
and Mistletoe plus carols and Christmas
songs from Essendine and St. Augustine's
Primary Schools.

As always, we will be supporting our charity
"Fight For Life" for their children's
Christmas Party.

A fantastic finale will be London's best
kept secret - the totally amazing 
London's New Year's Day Parade. We've
taken part since year one, over 30 years ago.

The "London's New Year's Day Parade" was a fabulous
finale to the 2016 Christmas Season.
Weather wasn't great but the show was as great

Together we will be delivering bespoke dance and
drama events for corporate clients and workshops
for schools (Key stage 2 and 3)

Spring has Sprung - now it’s time for Maypole fun.
With Spring around the corner and the Merry month of May to 
look forward to and the Queens 90th Birthday celebration year 
we are getting very excited at Maypole headquarters... 

If you are planning an event what better centre piece for the

We perform at events from April through to September!

Donna Maria’s Have-a-Go Maypole is enjoyed by all ages. 
You don’t just watch - you join in and dance the dance yourselves. 
It’s suitable for guests from toddlers together with their mothers 
right up to their Grandparents. Donna Maria leads the Maypole 
and your guests are invited to join the dance. 

I can host your event - "DONNA MARIA" as "MISS MAYPOLE"  
with "DEE DANCER" as "MISS SPRING" orchestrating the dance 
and teaching the children, putting them through their 
Maypole paces. Of course we always invite the children to 
dress up in the theme appropriate for the occasion.

We have now confirmed the finale event day for
the Queen's Birthday Celebrations in Maida Vale.
The finale event will be at Paddington Recreation
Ground on Thursday 9th June 2016 from 2pm to 3pm.


10th March
We are please to announce that there will be a Have-a-Go Maypole 
show at the Dulwich Park Festival on Sunday 15th May

The Queen's Long Dance Scrapbook has gone off to
Buckingham Palace last week.
It's Great! (www.queenslongdance.uk)
Copies are available to participating schools at
cost price, about £25. This price may go down
if we have a bulk order.

Now it's time for our Queen's 90th Birthday
celebrations.
We're offering the long dance again for those who
want to build on last year's work.
But this time we're adding in the Maypole as a
centrepiece for your events and celebrations.
